  • How do I apply the creams?

Vitamin A Cream – After cleansing, apply once a day (am or pm) to wet skin. Be sure to apply the cream to all sun exposed skin. One pump daily of Vitamin A Cream will cover the face, neck, décolleté, and back of hands. In the summer months, we recommend a second pump to cover arms and legs, as well.

Vitamin B3 Cream – After cleansing, apply once a day (am or pm) to wet skin. Apply Vitamin B3 Cream to the face and then treat any other area that has dry skin, eczema, or dermatitis.

Vitamin D3 Cream - After cleansing, apply once a day (am or pm) to wet skin. One pump daily of Vitamin D3 Cream will cover the face, neck, décolleté, and back of hands.

Silymarin Cream - After cleansing, apply once a day (am or pm) to wet skin on areas with pigment issues. One pump daily of Silymarin Cream will cover the face, neck, décolleté, and back of hands.

  • Does it matter whether I apply the creams in the morning or at night?

No, as long as you apply your Cloud Vitamin Cream once daily, it does not matter if you apply them in the morning or in the evening. Once the active ingredients in the creams are absorbed into the skin, they are metabolized and the increase of the vitamin levels in your skin is persistent for days. So you can decide what works best with your routine with regard to applying your Cloud Vitamin Cream in the morning or at night.

  • If I use Cloud Vitamin A Cream, do I still need to use a sunscreen?

Since Vitamin A Cream has an approximate SPF of 23, it is sufficient sun protection for most of the year. However, on hot and sunny days, you should absolutely use a sunscreen in addition to your Vitamin A Cream. We recommend at least SPF 45 for adequate protection.

  • How soon after applying a Cloud product can I apply something else?

After cleansing your skin and applying your Cloud product to wet skin, you should wait ten minutes before applying your subsequent products (like moisturizer and sunscreen).

  • If my skin becomes irritated with the use of the product, what should I do?

Skin irritation from our products is very rare. However, if you do experience sensitivity, we recommend reducing application to once every other day. After your skin can tolerate the product once a day every other day, increase your usage to once daily application.

  • Are the creams safe during pregnancy?

Yes, all our products have been clinically proven to be completely safe to use during pregnancy.

  • Are the creams safe to use long-term?

Yes, all our products have been clinically proven to be absolutely safe to use long-term.

  • I am using Silymarin Cream for my dark spots. Do I have to be careful to apply the cream to only the dark areas?

Silymarin Cream is safe to use on larger areas. Since Silymarin Cream acts as an antioxidant, as well as working to even skin tone, you will get more benefit from the product by using it on your whole face, neck and décolleté and not just spot-treating.

  • How long will I have to use Silymarin Cream to see a reduction in hyperpigmentation (or dark spots)?

Diligent, daily application of Silymarin Cream for three months will deliver a visible reduction in hyperpigmentation, or dark spots. Proper sun protection is also a necessity when treating hyperpigmentation concerns, so be sure to include sunscreen in your daily routine, as well.
